Is it really all about money and time?
Getting to the truth of why we hold back
Hey there!
Let’s take a little time and connect with each other here. When I write, I am in acknowledgement that I am talking to real people, with real concerns and who, like me, have emotional ups and downs. We are ALL woven together in this multidimensional web, having our own unique view of the same events but we don’t always experience it in the same way.
Our words are magical vehicles that carry weight and can be used to injure or heal, create misery or joy and can disempower or empower. Our words matter– they are the paint that we use to create on the canvas of life. They are the tools of creating the story of our lives. In order to shift how we create our stories, it is important to notice our internal dialogue. How we speak to ourselves in the private recesses of our minds, reveals how we truly feel and can give us clues of where we need to heal.
I was reading a post that I wrote almost a year ago. In it I talked about some of the obstacles we encounter living into our mission. The two biggies I always come across with folks is time and money. Not enough of either. I get it. I live in the world too. Just like you, I have challenges that I face living in the world that we each find ourselves in. Our challenges may be different but what remains the same is how we all get to find a way to create.
We create our world with the stories we tell ourselves. The words we use shape our reality, and too often, the story we repeat is one of limitation. We say, “I can’t afford it,” or “There’s never enough time,” and magically we close the door to possibility. But what if it was never really about money or time? What if we are using our magical words to create a story of not enough, to disguise our true fear?
Now, step out on this limb with me here. I propose, that it is not about money or time at all! I think that we tell this story because it’s easy, we have heard it from influential voices from our past and it is more a knee jerk reaction born from fear.
Take a moment to reflect
If you lived into your wildest dream and took the steps to create it:
What would your world look like?
How would your life change?
Who would you become?
How would it impact us all?
What are you feeling right now in your body as you ask these questions?
In my journey, I’ve had experiences where I let fear hold me back from things I deeply wanted to do. I told myself it was about money—I don’t have enough—when, in truth, it was fear in disguise. Yet, I’ve also had moments where I followed the nudges of my intuition and soul, took the leap, and watched as circumstances aligned to make it possible. It was never really about the money; it was about fear–the why didn’t matter. When you are creating from a vision that not only serves you but serves the whole, The magic of the universe flows together to support you.
The universe supports us all in the highest order. We don’t always understand from our tiny view point how much our choices affect the whole. The universe is a unity made up of us. WE are included in all of creation! Gosh! Can you imagine that here we are getting all of these amazing downloads and intuitive hits -the instructions for us to serve our part and we are essentially telling the universe, “Show me the money!”
Where do we place our faith and trust?
We are at a pivotal time in the creation of this new Earth. It is not happening to us, no one is going to hand it to us, we must create it! Love is the currency we get to create from. We are the ones who are creating it!
Let’s take a moment and breathe together. As we breathe together in this space, know that you are not alone, there are others breathing along with you. We are a collective reading this–each in our own now. I am sitting here in my lodge, with the guides and I am consciously breathing with you in my mind as I am writing this. To me, this moment is magical and pure gold.
We are all breathing together–LIFE–in unity as the UNI-verse. One heart beating, one mind dreaming diverse creative possibilities–artists, lovers, creators.
If we could only see, or give ourselves moments to feel the unity that is truly there, what might we shift in ourselves? Might we ask “How may I serve, today?” instead of declaring that I am not enough and there is not enough.
When we each arrive at the time, when our time here is up, as we move to the next incarnation, will we really think it was ever about not enough money?
